HELP!!!!! DRESSING ROOM VOLUNTEERS

We desperately need dressing room volunteers for each side of the stage both nights. We like to have 2 to 4 moms on each side, each night, if we have four per side the moms can take shifts so they can also see the show and not miss their own children perform.

The names of the volunteers that sign up before show night are entered in a drawing and may win a DVD of the show for the night of their choice.

Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

ALL STUDENTS NEED TO WEAR JEANS AND THEIR 25TH ANNIVERSARY T-SHIRT FOR THE FINALE.

SNEAKERS OR DANCE SHOES - NO FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS.

IF YOU ARE IN THE "BASEBALL PART OF THE FINALE" YOU NEED TO BRING A BASEBALL HAT FROM HOME, ANY COLOR, TEAM NAME OR LOGO IS FINE!

PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME IN YOUR HATS AND T-SHIRTS SO IF ANYONE LEAVES THEM BEHIND WE CAN GET THEM BACK TO YOU!  ESPECIALLY YOUR T-SHIRTS SINCE THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME!

25TH ANNUAL DANCE AND GYMNASTICS RECITAL 2015 "ENCORE"

ALL STUDENTS  SHOULD ARRIVE SHOW NIGHTS AT 5:30.  DOORS OPEN AT 5:30 FOR STUDENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

SHOW STARTS 6:00 BOTH NIGHTS, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3RD AND THURSDAY JUNE 4TH. BOTH THE SHOW AND THE REHEARSAL WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE DULLES STATE OFFICE BUILDING, 317 WASHINGTON STREET, WATERTOWN.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT CONTEST. THIS KEEPS THE SHOW FREE AND OPEN TO PUBLIC ONCE AGAIN!!!

WHAT TIME DO I COME TO DRESS REHEARSAL?

First you need to know when you class performs.

If you perform on the Wednesday show, your rehearsal will be on Monday.
If you perform on the Thursday show, your rehearsal will be on Tuesday.

Next you need to determine what number you are in the show order. Each class will come at different times. We do this so everyone doesn't have to be there through out the whole rehearsal.

All students will be at the state office building at dress rehearsal by 6:00 , for the finale rehearsal that will run approximately between 6:00 and 6:30. As soon as we are done will the finale practice we will continue in the show order where we left off at 6:00.

After you practice your routine on stage, have your group picture taken by Creative Imaging and you have practiced your finale, you are free to go home for that night. You do not have to stay for the entire rehearsal.

This show order is tentative, due to costume costume changes it may be possible that the order will switch somewhat but the days have been set! We try to accommodate as many families as possible, we realize it is a busy week for many people.

When the order has been finalized we will post it "Finalized".
