CLASS CANCELLATION PROCEDURES 2018-2019 WINTER SEASON
IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR! FYI
Class Cancellation Procedures:
Due to changing weather conditions throughout the area, we DO NOT use local school cancellations as a source for basing studio class cancellation.
When classes are cancelled:
1. We will notify WWNY TV 7 news and SPECTRUM TV channel 10.
2. We will leave a message on our answering machine at 788-2062.
3. We will post a message on our blog website page and on Facebook.
4. Post will LINK to NEWZJUNKY through WWNY TV 7.
* We will only call you directly if classes are cancelled due to an illness or family emergency.
* We will make this judgment call by 12:30 pm on the day that may be in question.
When should I question if classes are cancelled? When local schools are cancelled for the whole day or are sent home early! OR IF A STATE OF EMERGENCY IS POSTED and or a NO UNNECESSARY TRAVEL BAND IS IN EFFECT.
When in doubt, please use your best judgment when venturing out during inclement weather depending on where you are coming from. Please drive safe this winter season.
